I placed an order for 2 children's masks. Fast and careful delivery! Only one of the 2 masks sent is not a child size. The mask sent is an adult size. After a first contact by email with photos proving that the size of the mask was disproportionate for a child, this professional maintained that it was a child mask and proposed an inadequate solution. (changing the position of the elastics which can in no way reduce the size of the fabric). After a further request for verification, this professional did not respond. I do not recommend ordering the finished product unless you live near Fayence and can go to the shop in person. (translation)
