1 - Worldwide shipping
Packages are generally dispatched from France within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via La Poste or Mondial Relay. They are shipped via La Poste or Mondial Relay. For international deliveries, La Poste and Mondial Relay can deliver directly, with their subsidiaries or with their partners.
It is also possible to pick up your order free of charge at our shop located at 3 Boulevard de Tourrettes, 83440 Fayence, France. To do this, the customer must contact customer service before placing an order.
Please note that a handling and packaging fee of 36 cents is applicable for each order.

2.1 - Free delivery to UK and Ireland
Home delivery to the UK and Ireland are offered for orders over €89.
2.2 - Free delivery with Mondial Relay
Delivery is free for all orders with Mondial Relay from :
- 59 euros to France, Belgium, The Netherlands or Luxembourg in a relay point.
- 69 euros to Spain and Portugal in a relay point.
- 79 euros to Germany, Italy and Austria at home.
In order to benefit from this offer, you only need to have a basket for the minimum amount required, depending on the destination. The discount is applied automatically when you place your order!

3 - Product returns
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, from the date of receipt of the package, the buyer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal by contacting customer service (https://wolffabrics.com/contact-us). The delivery costs of the return are at the customer's expense.
However, for reasons of hygiene, some products such as masks cannot be returned. This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products, such as short fabric cuts. Furthermore, we do not accept returns of fabrics after washing.
