Article 1: Withdrawal period

In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, "the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the cost of returning the goods". Article 2: Guarantees

Refunds are made in the following cases:
When the customer withdraws before the order is dispatched, the seller takes the necessary steps to refund the customer with the payment service provider within 48 hours on a working day.
In other cases, the seller will take the same steps after receiving the returned order.
Generally, the customer is reimbursed by making a cancellation with the seller's payment provider.
