PREAMBLE

The Seller is the company FRACTALE TEG. whose products are marketed through the internet site tissusloup.com.

Article 1: Purpose and General Provisions

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of Products offered by the Seller. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales of Products, made through the Company's websites, which are an integral part of the Contract between the Buyer and the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to modify these, at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The GTC applicable then are those in force at the date of payment (or the first payment in case of multiple payments) of the order. The Company also ensures that their acceptance is clear and unreserved by implementing a checkbox and a validation click during the purchase. The Customer declares having read all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and if applicable the Special Terms and Conditions of Sale related to a product or service, and accepts them without restriction or reservation. The Customer acknowledges that he has received the necessary advice and information to ensure that the offer meets his needs. The Customer declares to be legally able to contract under French laws or validly represent the natural or legal person for whom he is committing. Article 2: Price

The prices of products sold through the website are precisely indicated in Euros, excluding specific shipping costs. The company Fractale TEG benefits from a VAT exemption. For all products shipped outside the European Union and/or DOM-TOM, the price is calculated tax-free automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable in some cases. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of the Seller. They will be borne by the buyer and are his responsibility (declarations, payment to the competent authorities, etc.). Article 3: Conclusion of the online contract

Article 4: Products and Services

Article 5: Retention of Title Clause

The products remain the property of the Company until full payment of the price.

Article 6: Delivery Terms

The products are delivered to the delivery address that was indicated during the order and within the specified timeframe. This timeframe does not take into account the order preparation time. In case of delivery delay, the Customer has the possibility to cancel the contract under the conditions and terms defined in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. The Seller then proceeds to refund the product and the "outbound" costs under the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code. The Seller reminds that at the moment when the Customer physically takes possession of the products, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to them. It is the Customer's responsibility to notify the carrier of any reservations about the delivered product.

Article 7: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered products. The Customer can make the payment by credit card, Paypal or pay in cryptocurrency. Secure online payment by credit card is made through Stripe. Once the payment is initiated by the Customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information. In accordance with Article L. 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay by card is irrevocable. Article 8: Withdrawal

However, for hygiene reasons, some products such as masks cannot be returned. This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, such as short fabric cuts. Furthermore, we do not accept returns of fabric after washing.

Article 9: Guarantees

In accordance with the law, the Seller assumes two warranties: conformity and related to hidden defects of the products. Article 12: Intellectual Property Rights

The brands, domain names, products, software, images, videos, texts or more generally any information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of the seller. Article 13: Force Majeure

The fulfillment of the seller's obligations under these terms is suspended in the event of an unforeseen or force majeure event that would prevent its execution. The seller will notify the customer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.

Article 14: Nullity and modification of the contract

If one of the stipulations of this contract were to be cancelled, this nullity would not result in the nullity of the other stipulations which would remain in force between the parties. Any contractual modification is only valid after a written and signed agreement from the parties.
